While playing the game, you will be presented with screens that look something like this:

You are standing in a deserted street. All of the houses appear to be empty, many have broken windows. You can go west, east, north. There is a phone box here. You can go north, east, west. North East

The display on your phone is probably quite small, so you will have to scroll
up and down to read the whole thing. Where it says, "There is a phone box
here", it means that the phone box is an object that you can do something
with. You might want to use it, or attack it. You might want to
walk north from here, or west or east.
